PIG ROAST TO GO!
(30lb minimum)

Any size pig over 30lbs. To estimate the size pig you need figure 3 servings per pound +50% (includes waste), so if you are feeding 100 people you need at least a 50lb (dressed wt) pig. Of course we will work with you to advise the proper size.

We will custom butcher and stuff the pig with boneless Pork Roast, season the whole thing with our Hog Tails Signature Rub (and a few other tasty tricks!) and slowly roast it to perfection. We will either cook on site or deliver it in time for dinner- complete with a great presentation! Or, you can cook it yourself! Prices start at $ 6.00 per pound.

** Delivery $15.00 extra within Waterloo Region. Others areas by quotation. Pick up is free!
** We clean- $25.00. Units must be returned in the same condition they were when picked up. Pressure washing is recommended.
